How Did You Get Started? :
I was chubby!! I never had a single guy look at me while I was in middle school-and I think that's tender age for everyone. At 15 I started running from my house,just as far as I could go. I'd make little landmarks for when I'd allow myself to take a walking break. I was also lifting then, but not too seriously. I trained my abs since the beginning and always used weight, which is part of why they're so defined. Not until age 17 did I start thinking about my diet and getting up on the competition stage.
How You Stay Motivated::
People help motivate me! I'm a personal trainer and whenever I get a new client it's like I'm excited all over again!
What's Your Training Like::
My training is tough ;) Depending on whether or not I'm prepping for a show I'll go heavy or I'll do lets say, 5 sets of 20-30 reps.

Right now I do a two day on, one day off split, but that one day off is usually cardio lol.
What's Your Diet::
I always always eat clean! Once every 2 weeks I'll have a cheat meal just so I don't go completely crazy, my cheat meals are usually something HIGH in carbs. I'm very sensitive to carbs so when it's not a cheat meal, my carbs come mainly from the veggies I eat.
Favourite Bodybuilders::
Hmmm... Jamie Eason is not a bodybuilder but she is my absolute favorite! She's the sweetest person in the industry that I know and I look up to her.
