How Did You Get Started? :
I didn't quite enjoy the idea of being over 200lbs while in my early 20's. I read a bunch of books, articles, and anything else I could set my eyes on. Before I knew it, I was in the gym 6 days a week and my body was changing at a decent rate.
How You Stay Motivated::
Losing 80lbs and creating an entirely different body works wonders on your motivation. Working out is apart of my daily routine. If I don't make time for the gym, I feel like ass. Every single member of my immediate family is obese, both of my parents have weight related illness. That's enough motivation for me.
What's Your Training Like::
I keep changing it up, but I squish in 4 days of weights, 4 days of cardio every week. Sunday is usually my rest day.

Vegan. :)
