Anyone tried Creatine before?

I have used Creatine and i got good results from it, i think i gained around 20lbs in bench and 40lbs in squats in just 2-3 weeks with it, and ofcourse i gained some bodyweight, but as we all know its because they body takes in the water during the creatine cycle. So when i stopped using it i lost some weight

i found creatine very useful and now use it as a part of my training, i take 3 capsules before training and 3 after, main thing to do though is just ensure that you drink water or you will not see the results and you may get dehydrated

Creatine is one of those few supplements that is valuable and proven by research. I've used it for years.

I used creatine monohydrate and noticed very positive results. Some bloating initially and water weight gain, but worth it. I cut it out about a month out from my first figure show, but will start taking it again after my show this weekend.

I think it helps, it will make you hold water. I like taking amino capsules the best, you will see results in your overall physique. Amino capsules will make you stronger, which will enable you to go heavy which will get you larger and the muscle harder. Back in the day amino tablets were considered the best thing going and I still think thats the way to go today.

A high quality creatine works great when taken with vanadyl sulfate and a maltodextrin/waxy maze carb source ( I like jarrow labs creatine ) and will take it with L-glutamine. Btw, taking creatine with fructose causes bloating and poor results due to first pass metabolism in the liver vs. peripheral muscle tissue.

this is a very synergistic combination that will cause water retention INSIDE (ie huge pump) the muscle (and reduced bloating) and a noticeable strength increase very very quickly . I will notice very little drop in strength and size when coming off a cycle of creatine after 3 months doing it this way.
